How to use

Warm: fold the wrap in half and microwave on low for 30 seconds at a time, flipping between rounds, until it's comfortably warm (no longer than 1.5 minutes total). Always stay nearby while heating and test the temperature before it touches your skin.

Cool: store in the freezer until you're ready to use it.

Safety note: Overheating may cause burns or fabric damage. Never leave it unattended while heating. Anyone with reduced sensation, nerve damage, diabetes, or circulation concerns should check with a healthcare professional first. Do not use on infants or on anyone who can't remove it on their own.
